The annual list of nominees will be released fall and highlights over 50 general counsels that have made significant contributions to the success of their respective companies.  This year marks the 12th annual publication of the OCBJ General Counsel Awards.

Mrs. Kivinski has over two decades of experience in the legal field having worked across various industries but most recently specializing in the biopharmaceutical space.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law.  Ms. Kivinski is admitted to state and federal courts in California, the Ninth and Federal Circuit courts of appeal, and is a registered patent attorney with the USPTO.
