    Ms. Emylee Thai is the sole owner, founder and chief executive officer of Artemis DNA. Ms. Thai has over a decade of experience in the life science and biotechnology industries having worked in various capacities for several top-tier firms including serving as the CEO for Orion Modern, an innovative healthcare focused strategy and consulting firm, as well as the CEO of FindDoctr, a technology company that connects patient with “the right medical care professionals, right now, right at the fingertip”.  Based on her experience, Ms. Thai is helping to apply important concepts around innovation, customer service and acquisition, branding and marketing to the healthcare industry, making her a true innovator in this field. A serial entrepreneur with a proven history of success, Ms. Thai was motivated to start Artemis DNA by a passion to make innovative, affordable and actionable healthcare solutions accessible to all.

    Ms. Thai is very active in the life science and biotechnology communities and believes in giving back.  She recently started the Artemis DNA Foundation to facilitate free cancer screening and health education services.  In addition to other accolades, she was recently nominated for the Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business Awards.  Ms. Thai is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management and Operations Management.  She is currently enrolled in the Advanced Management Program (Leadership) at Columbia Business School and anticipates graduating from the program in February 2022.


  • Giang Huong Nguyen, MD
    CEO, AVA Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery Hospital




    Dr. Giang Huong Nguyen was originally born and raised in Vietnam. She immigrated to the United States in 2002 to study as an international student and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine in 2008 with a degree in Biological Science. She subsequently obtained her medical degree at Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her General Surgery Residency training at LAC-USC Hospital, University of Southern California.
    Dr. Nguyen is currently the CEO of AVA Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She is an active member of American College of Surgeons. She is specialized in minimal invasive plastic reconstructive surgery and is a founding member of Inmode Pioneers Club of which primary mission is to develop and expand the field of minimal invasive plastic reconstructive surgery in Vietnam.
